Knowing psychological factor in UX plays a crucial role, and here are four key principles of UX psychology that define user psychology.

Jakob’s Law is a principle of UX design that states that users should be given an experience similar to the patterns they used in the past.

The second is Hick’s Law. It gives minimal options so that users do not spend too much time deliberating.

The third is Miller’s Law. It involves providing only essential information to prevent users from feeling overwhelmed.

Finally, Peakend’s Law is a concept that judge an experience based on its most intense point and its end, rather than the entire experience.
