NH Nonghyup Bank started to build the ‘NH Digital Banking Platform’, it made a winning move in the digital financial competition market. NH Nonghyup Bank plans to make investments throughout its entire company to strengthen its core capabilities in digital markets.
NH Nonghyup Bank will establish the ‘NH Digital Banking Platform’ that includes introducing new technologies, strengthening customer experience through User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) improvement, enhancing full banking capabilities, and improving security and certification. The focused and straightforward smart banking UI also applies to internet banking by reorganizing internet banking UI/UX to implement digital omnichannel. To strengthen NH Smart Banking’s role as a representative channel for digital finance, it will maximize user experience focusing on customer usage styles and maintain personalization marketing exposure to suit behavior patterns after logging in.
Executive Creative Director at Saltcake, Youngri Kim conducted UI/UX seminar at the ‘NH Nonghyup Digital Academy’ to establish strategies for this. It was time to lay the groundwork for NongHyup’s UI/UX control tower through lectures on main items that should not be missed to reorganize the service from the customer perspective that Nonghyup is currently trying to move forward.
