Companies establish separate brands based on their own directions, aiming to provide customers with better quality and brand experiences.
The first example of brand identity among companies is Hyundai Motor Company. Hyundai established the N brand, solidifying its identity as a high-performance brand.
The second example is Nike. Nike reinforced its brand position by integrating Jordan and Converse into a single website.
The third example is Matin Kim. Matin Kim launched their high-end brand Kim Martin, which expresses novelty and roughness.
Lastly, Apple sells their own high-end products, although it has not launched a separate brand. The ‘Pro’ lineup strengthens brand identity by using dark colors, symbolizing luxury and authority.
