Saltcake has provided consulting for the architecture overhaul and corresponding UI design of LG Uplus’s official PC and mobile websites, aiming to deliver optimized services tailored to customers. Based on the consulting outcomes, a full renewal of the PC and mobile sites was carried out. The entire menu structure was reorganized from the customer’s perspective to ensure easy access and usability of LG Uplus’s services. Combined with strategic design and functional enhancements, the site was renewed to reflect the solid reputation of a leading telecommunications provider.
