CLIENT : SK Telink

The existing SK Telink website, which offers international calls, corporate services, and MVNO services as part of its Total ICT business, was revamped to strengthen content and improve services with the goal of building a customer-optimized website. The project focused on enhancing SK Telink’s unique identity through creative elements and delivering refined content by content washing, aiming to improve content from the customer’s perspective. Additionally, the My Page functionality was enhanced to strengthen its role as an E-Customer Center.

A key concept was to serve as the first impression customers encounter online, clearly conveying SK Telink’s business areas while providing a UI/UX that facilitates communication rather than one-way interaction. This approach emphasized reinforcing the brand’s value.
