Saltcake has provided customer-centric UX consulting and CX consumer experience consulting for NongHyup Bank’s All One Service app, aimed at enhancing services for a broad customer base. As Korea’s closest and most trusted bank, serving a diverse range of age groups, NongHyup Bank required a thoughtful approach to financial service innovation. Our consulting focused on exploring enjoyable and forward-looking directions for All One, centered on capturing the hearts of younger customers while meeting the needs of all users.

By introducing All One Bank’s unique open banking service, the quality of financial services was enhanced and customer needs were thoroughly understood to strengthen UX and UI. Various domestic and international financial service cases were analyzed, and through iterative simulations and narrowing down of applicable ideas, a specialized service tailored to NongHyup All One Bank was developed to overcome limitations of the domestic financial sector. This continuous improvement process was carried out using an agile methodology.

Through wireframe creation and flow simulations, feasible short-term and long-term strategies were distinguished. Active collaboration with the NongHyup All One Bank advancement team ensured that applicable scopes were shared and implemented, resulting in successful outcomes.

The final report was structured to establish sustainable CX services and UX standards, aiming to provide consulting that supports the successful launch of future services. We hope that NongHyup Bank’s All One Bank will become a central player in the financial market moving forward.
