PropARty is an application that enables customers to experience real estate properties before they are built. Through augmented reality (AR), users can explore and interact with 3D-modeled buildings, gaining a realistic sense of the space.

The application consists of two exploration modes:

The first is the ‘Environment’ mode, designed to allow users to explore the surroundings where the building will be constructed. Users can check various elements such as the location, nearby landmarks, and distances to key points. The main goal of this mode is to vividly convey the atmosphere and site advantages of the construction area to investors.

The second is the ‘Building’ mode, which focuses on detailed examination of the building’s structure and features. Users can apply various filters to find specific spaces (apartments, rooms, offices, etc.) that meet their criteria. They can also use the cross-sectional view to understand the internal structure or take immersive 360-degree tours to experience the interiors vividly.

By allowing users to experience spaces at actual scale, PropARty helps them clearly understand the ambiance and spatial feel of the residence, enabling better investment decisions in properties best suited for them.
