Saltcake conducted a consulting project to enable LG Uplus to provide optimized online services to its customers. First, the project direction was validated through theoretical analysis and methodology to establish an optimized approach. Based on this, a systematic structure was created by redesigning the LG Uplus architecture. Under this established framework, usability and accessibility were enhanced through strengthened UI and GUI, and a main page guide featuring content that reinforces core service components was implemented.
