Creative Directors Seminar

From Wednesday, May 22 to Thursday, May 28, the “2019 Creative Directors Seminar” was successfully held at the Posco Tower Yeoksam Event Hall in Gangnam-gu, Seoul. Directors from Korea’s top digital creative companies, selected by the Korea Internet Professionals Association, gathered in one place to share insights on changes in the design environment and the future vision of digital design. The event reportedly introduced the know-how and project case studies necessary for enhancing the diverse skills and experiences required of today’s designers and provided a meaningful opportunity to collectively reflect on the challenges of advancing to the next level.
In particular, at this seminar, Saltcake’s Executive Director Kim Young-ri delivered a lecture on the theme of “Creating UX through CX.” Using the approach that the most comfortable sleep temperature is 20°C, she explained the process of gradually raising the temperature from 16°C to 20°C to achieve the optimal UX, presenting a potentially mundane topic in an engaging way.
Based on industry project experience where collaboration completes the work, she shared know-how on how to reduce gaps with clients while achieving the most satisfactory results. Furthermore, she concluded the lecture by emphasizing that the ultimate goal is to provide the happiest experience possible to the final client—the customer.
