Join Saltcake’s Experience Strategy Division and design world-class digital experiences for global clients. We are looking for a UX/UI Strategist who can connect business insights with UI screen flow design (Front-Office & Back-Office) and lead projects from strategy to execution. 

 What You’ll Do 
• Plan and design UI screen flows for both Front-Office (F/O) and Back-Office (B/O) systems
• Develop UX strategies, storyboards, and documentation that guide design and development 
• Extract business insights and translate them into actionable design solutions 
• Communicate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams 
• Participate in global projects requiring strong English communication 

What We’re Looking For 
• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI planning or related projects
• Strong knowledge of UX strategy and screen architecture
• Proven ability to produce storyboards, IA (Information Architecture), and structured design flows 
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders
• Tools: Figma (required), PowerPoint 

• For foreign applicants: Must hold a valid visa to work in Korea
• For domestic applicants: Must demonstrate professional English communication 

Employment Type
• Initial 6-month contract with potential conversion to full-time
