Don’t play with food! Not in ‘Oh!’ exhibition. Cooking Beats is an emotional interactive experience based visual and acoustic. Visitor could feel textures, materials, sensations, emotions and innovate. Our reflection focused on: How to create a graphical music using all of your senses? So we designed an emotional drum that allows to each component (water, fruits, pan…) to emit a sound and a visual appropriated when it is touch by a user.

Holomotion is a Hologram display coupled with which the user can control the displayed 3D models. The models can be controlled through hand gestures: change the design and launch animations.

The game is played by using the trampoline! By leaning left, right, jumping and kneeling, one must avoid obstacles and collect as much coins as possible to be in the top 20 and receive a reward. Saltcake is a global branding, marketing and design agency that increases our clients’ brand awareness and visibility through innovative ideas, creative strategy, and designs with new technologies.

‘OH!logram’ is a technological display that shows holographic images.

In this simulation, the user sits on the simulator seat, and gets immersed in a paragliding experience. In order to complete the simulation and successfully land, one must follow the route and get all the targets. To enhance the realistic experience, a fan is linked to the simulator to allow the user to feel the wind on every turn.

Opus is more likely a journey which transports the user from a structured and tidy environment to a destructured and chaotic world. Colors, volumes and space are constantly redefined all along the experience by the user’s actions. The experience is driven by a balance between creation and destruction where the music immerses players into a world which is neither ruled by time, score or ending.

The idea was to create several different worlds (mysterious, cute and a comic world) only accessible if by looking through the keyhole. Behind each door rest 3 or 4 different movies representing one theme. For mysterious doors we created a scary or suspenseful scenes, for the comic world scenes of super heroes, and for the cute world we displayed characters of famous and funny animations such as Larva, Ice Age and Nemo.

The ‘oh!’ exhibition, a long-term project by Saltcake, is a very special fun, enjoyable, and exciting play space for those tired of daily life. It is designed as a unique place of memories where visitors can momentarily return to the innocence of childhood and blow away stress, filling childhood memories anew with joy. This interactive exhibition was planned under the company’s slogan of delivering the fundamental value of a happy experience. It was carried out by Saltcake’s Media Lab task force, MisKorea (Media Interactive Story of Korea), as a media interactive exhibition.

In Korea, adults consume an average of over 300 disposable coffee cups annually to enjoy their coffee. The Saltcake media team, dedicated to delivering joyful happiness in everyday life, developed an AR application that enhances customer experience during the coffee ordering process by enabling users to play augmented reality games on the surface of disposable coffee cups using a video game platform.
Hyundai LNG Shipping
The website for Hyundai LNG Shipping was newly created with the goal of strengthening its progressive brand as a global company by emphasizing an image befitting the tradition and expertise of Korea’s No.1 LNG shipping company. The global network content was prominently featured on the main page to maximize the image as a global enterprise, while various interactions were applied to enhance user engagement and accessibility.
