NH Nonghyup Bank, in taking on the construction of the ‘NH Digital Banking Platform,’ threw a decisive move into the digital finance competition market. The plan is to take company-wide investment for strengthening digital core capabilities.
According to the related industry, NH Nonghyup Bank begins the construction of the ‘NH Digital Banking Platform,’ which contains: ·Introduction of new technology, strengthening customer experience through UI·UX improvement ·Enhancement of whole-bank marketing capabilities through Full Banking implementation ·Improvement of security and authentication for providing safe digital banking.
Through the internet banking UI/UX reorganization for implementing a digital omni-channel, a simple and focused smart banking UI will also be applied to internet banking. To strengthen the role of NH Smart Banking as the representative channel of digital finance, maximization of user experience focused on customer usage style and personalized marketing exposure according to post-login behavior patterns will be reinforced.

Along with news that NH Nonghyup is carrying out aggressive UI/UX reorganization, Executive Director Kim Young-ri of Saltcake conducted UI/UX consulting at the Digital Academy held to establish a strategy for this.
Through a lecture that covered overall digital marketing while pointing out key items not to be missed for the customer-focused service reorganization that Nonghyup is currently aiming for, it was a time to build a stable foundation within Nonghyup’s UI/UX control tower.
Not ending as a one-time lecture, attention is drawn to the future of Nonghyup’s Customer Experience reorganization, which will change through continuous collaboration.
