On May 29, Saltcake officially released its signature characters, ‘Solty’ and ‘Keiki,’ as Line stickers. Through this launch, Saltcake provides users with more diverse communication tools. ‘Solty’ and ‘Keiki,’ inspired by salt and cake respectively, are distinctive and charming characters that have received positive responses from a wide range of users.
Our journey together has now reached 19 years. This reflects the countless challenges and successes we have experienced and the growth we have achieved over time. Saltcake has continuously evolved in a dynamic and ever-changing industry. Throughout this period, we have filled every moment with passion and dedication to provide the best service to our customers.
Saltcake’s new faces, Salty and Cakey, have been born. Salty & Cakey are a dynamic duo active within the top CX/UX consulting team. Salty is bold and courageous, while Cakey is gentle and warm. Salty possesses expertise in theory and future technologies, handling technical aspects with precision and providing strategic insights to the team.
Hyundai Motor Group is embracing the mobility era by placing software-defined vehicles (SDV) at the core of its values. In 2023, Saltcake contributed to this vision by designing the UX/UI and overall UX for the on-demand “FoD (Features on Demand)” service, the Kia Connect Store, which allows customers to selectively purchase software features. This work played a key role in the successful market launch of Kia’s FoD service.
